   • Swipe Insight exclusively collects content from publicly accessible sources. We ensure that we do not access or scrape data from private, protected, or otherwise restricted areas of social media accounts, websites, blogs, or any digital platforms. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that all content we collect, such as articles, posts, images, and videos, is already publicly available and does not infringe on any privacy rights protected under law.

Authentication And Authorized Data Access

User authenticates with the 3rd party provider such as Google account. Upon authentication, user allows the application:
1. Associate user with personal info on Google
2. See user's personal info, including any personal info user made publicly available
3. View user's email address

Email address and other credentials of authenticated user, are encrypted and stored in the database of the application, within infrastructure of Google. This can be used to restrict or fully block the service for a particular user in case of the breach of the terms of use. User's authentication credentials can be deleted upon the request.

Swipe Insight service uses the API scopes in accordance to Google API Services User Data Policy. The application can access sensitive data of Google Analytics 4 with the restrictions to modification and deletion of data.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is used across Swipe Insight app and website in order to collect information about the users' interactions with the site as well as to identify returning visits, location, device data and engagement signals. Collected data helps to understand the relevancy and general usage of the tool hence, to provide better experience and solutions towards the needs of the users, fix errors and bugs. No data is shared with the 3rd party organizations or individuals.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your requests and inquiries.

If you discover that we have collected and published content from your public profiles, including but not limited to websites, blogs, social media accounts, or videos, and you wish to have it removed, please submit a removal request to contact@swipeinsight.app. In your request, please clearly identify the specific content you are referring to (please provide images, links to posts, or video URLs as applicable), and specify where the content is located on our platform. Upon receipt of your request, we will evaluate the authenticity and legality of the claim. We will remove the content if it is determined to infringe upon your rights or if removal is deemed appropriate based on our policies. Swipe Insight is committed to addressing all content removal requests in a timely manner and aims to do so within 14 days.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.
